How shipping is priced

We only quote shipping once your item is physically at our hub and weighed — that way the number you see is the number you pay.

5–9 days

DHL, FedEx or UPS door to door with full tracking. Best for small, high-value or urgent parcels.

📦 Standard air
10–18 days

The everyday choice. Noticeably cheaper per kilo, still tracked the whole way to your address.

🚢 Sea freight
30–45 days

For furniture and heavy or bulky goods. The lowest cost per kilo by a wide margin if you can wait.

Good to know Consolidating several orders into one parcel almost always beats shipping them separately — and consolidation itself is free. We hold your items at the hub for up to 30 days at no charge while you decide what to add.

Pricing questions

Do you mark up the product price?+
No. You pay exactly what we pay the seller, and we show you the order screenshot to prove it. Our only earnings are the $10 + 8% commission.
Is the 8% charged on shipping too?+
No. The 8% is calculated on the goods value only. International shipping is passed on at cost and never enters the commission calculation.
What if I order several items at once?+
The $10 base is per order, not per item. Send us five links in one go and it stays a single $10 base plus 8% of the combined goods value.
When do I pay?+
In two steps. First the product cost plus commission, so we can buy on your behalf. Then international shipping once your item is at our hub, weighed and photographed.
What happens if the item is wrong or damaged?+
You see photos and video before anything ships. If it doesn’t match what you asked for, we handle the return or exchange with the seller, and you can cancel for any reason at that point.
Are duties and taxes included?+
No. Import duties and VAT are set by your own country and collected by the carrier or customs on arrival. They vary by destination and product category, so we can’t quote them for you.
Is there a minimum order?+
No minimum. But because of the flat $10 base, very small orders carry a higher effective fee — grouping a few things into one order almost always works out better.
